DALLAS, May 03, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) (the Partnership) today announced the completion of an amendment and extension of the Partnership's revolving credit facility, creating an improved long-term capital structure and increased financial flexibility. The amendment to the Partnership's existing credit facility, among other things, (1) increases the maximum amount of the revolving credit facility from $420 million to $485 million, (2) extends the maturity date of the revolving credit facility from February 10, 2014, to May 2, 2016, (3) reduces pricing on borrowings and letters of credit and (4) increases investment optionality.
