|Natural gas energy firm Crosstex Energy L.P. on Wednesday filed to sell 2 million common units at between $19 and $21 each in its initial public offering.|
|4:54:34 PM, WASHINGTON, Aug 7 (Reuters) The Dallas, Texas-based firm said common unit holders would be entitled to 50 cents per quarter per unit, according to its prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
It said it plans to use proceeds to repay debt, for working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
Underwriters A.G. Edwards, Raymond James and RBC Capital Markets have an option to purchase an extra 300,000 units.
The firm has applied to the Nasdaq to list under the symbol "XTEX" (XTEX). Crosstex to offer 2 mln units at $19/$21 each
